About the Role
Atha Construction Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and organized HR Recruiter cum Admin to manage our end-to-end recruitment process and support daily office operations. You will be the first point of contact for new talent and the glue that keeps our office administration running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition (60%)
- End-to-End Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles (Site Engineers, Project Managers, Accountants, and Skilled Labor).
- Sourcing: Utilizing job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and local networks to find qualified candidates.
- Coordination: Scheduling interviews between candidates and department heads.
- Documentation: Managing offer letters, collecting KYC documents, and maintaining employee files.
2. Office Administration (40%)
- Attendance & Leaves: Tracking daily attendance for office and site staff.
- Office Maintenance: Managing office supplies, stationary, and coordinating with vendors for repairs or maintenance.
- Support: Assisting the management with basic clerical tasks and ensuring a professional office environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and Google sheets
- Mindset: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
