Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administration and coordination
- Maintain property records, agreements, and client databases
- Prepare reports, letters, invoices, and documentation
- Coordinate with brokers, clients, vendors, and legal teams
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and appointments
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Maintain filing systems for property documents and contracts
- Assist in property registration and compliance paperwork
- Monitor office supplies and vendor payments
- Support HR and accounting activities when required
- Maintain confidentiality of business and client information
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic understanding of real estate documentation
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and record management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- administrative experience (real estate experience preferred)
- Familiarity with property management software is an advantage

Pay: ₹52,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
