Key Responsibilities:
1. Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests and clients courteously and professionally.
2. Call Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
3. Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle basic documentation.
4. Reception Area Management: Ensure the front desk is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with supplies.
5. Visitor Management: Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
6. Mail and Courier Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
7. Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for queries—both in-person and over the phone/email.
