Job Summary
We are looking for a GeM Portal Executive with hands-on experience in managing activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal. The candidate should be well-versed in tender participation, bid submission, order management, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company's GeM Portal account.

Identify and participate in relevant GeM bids and tenders.

Prepare and submit technical and commercial bid documents.

Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, and government buyers.

Handle order processing, contract execution, and invoice-related activities.

Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and procurement procedures.

Track tender status, bid results, and order fulfillment.
Required Skills

Hands-on experience with the GeM Portal.

Knowledge of government procurement and tendering processes.

Experience in bid preparation and submission.

Familiarity with Digital Signature Certificates (DSC).

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in IT, telecom, or government procurement projects is an added advantage.
