Job Summary
Riseon Global is looking for a confident, energetic, and camera-friendly Telecaller & Video Presenter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable speaking with clients over the phone, and confidently represent the company in promotional videos and social media content.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads. Explain company services and schedule appointments. Present confidently in promotional videos, reels, and social media content. Assist in customer engagement and lead generation activities. Coordinate with the marketing team for content creation and campaigns. Maintain professional communication with clients and prospects.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English. Comfortable appearing in videos and social media content. Confident, energetic, and outgoing personality. Professional presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage audiences both on calls and on camera. Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, anchoring, presenting, or content creation is an advantage.
Preferred
- Active on social media platforms. Basic knowledge of content creation and digital marketing. Experience in front-of-camera presentations or promotional videos.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
