Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized Client Coordinator & Shoot Coordinator to manage client communication and coordinate photo/video shoots efficiently. The ideal candidate should be able to handle project coordination, shoot scheduling, team communication, and ensure smooth execution of marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients regarding project requirements, updates, approvals, and timelines.
- Schedule and manage meetings, shoots, and production activities.
- Coordinate with creative, video production, social media, and marketing teams.
- Plan and manage shoot arrangements including locations, talents, props, and schedules.
- Ensure timely completion of shoots and client deliverables.
- Handle client follow-ups and maintain professional communication.
- Track project progress and update reports or sheets regularly.
- Support the team in managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, or media production.
- Experience in advertising, media, production, or digital marketing companies is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary will be based on skills and experience.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
