We are seeking a proactive, fashion-savvy, and high-performing Luxury Sales Consultant to drive growth across both our boutique and rapidly expanding e-commerce division. If you have a passion for luxury eyewear, watches, or apparel, and possess a track record of delivering top-notch client experiences (both in-person and digitally), we want you on our team!
· Location: Saket, New Delhi
· Experience: 5–10 Years (Luxury Retail / Category Management)
· Compensation: ₹7.2 LPA to ₹12 LPA (₹30,000 – ₹,80,000/month, negotiable based on experience)
· Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
· Language: Native-level fluency in English (Spoken & Written)
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
· Luxury Consulting: Recommend and sell premium eyewear, watches, and optical products, delivering a bespoke shopping experience with the highest level of service and enthusiasm.
· Omnichannel Sales & Leads: Maintain and boost overall sales by managing walk-ins and proactively generating leads through WhatsApp, email campaigns, and digital outreach.
· End-to-End Order Coordination: Own the client journey from order placement to final delivery, collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth, timely operations.
· Client Relationship Management: Keep clients updated on order statuses, shipments, and exclusive brand launches, while swiftly resolving any customer queries to maximize satisfaction.
Who You Are (Requirements & Qualifications)
· Luxury Expertise: 5–10 years of experience handling leading international brands.
o Preferred Brand Exposure: Cartier, Gucci, Prada, Rolex, TAG Heuer, Montblanc, Burberry, Armani, etc.
· Fashion & Styling Savvy: A keen eye for aesthetics, detail-oriented, and deeply knowledgeable about luxury eyewear and premium trends.
· Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to engage seamlessly with elite clientele.
· Target-Driven: Proactive, self-motivated, and hungry to meet sales goals across retail and e-commerce platforms.
Office Timing: 10:00AM:8:00 pm
Weekly Off: Between Mon to Thursday (Roster Based)
Attire : Only Formal & Clean Shave
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
