Key responsibilities:
- Management of entire plant L&OD responsibility.
- Preparation of Training need assessment (TNA).
- External Training management.
- Preparation of Integrated training calendar.
- Co-ordinate to execute the trainings as per Integrated training calendar.
- Management of all department contractual workers training and training documentation in co-ordination with HR.
- Co-ordinate annual mandatory trainings like GDP, GMP, Data Reliability.
- Tracking of all Departments training activities.
- Co-ordinate with all departments for training purpose.
- Any extra responsibility given by HOD.
- Preparation of SOPs as per requirements.
- Co-ordinating with HR for all behavioral training.
- Conduct knowledge sharing training to all the Employees.
- Track the trainers’ effectiveness checks.
- Co-ordinate/organize Engagement activities.
- To work as a PACE champion at Guwahati Site for Quality Circle and Kaizen.
- To support Quality Circle teams for project completion.
