Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides direct, professional nursing care to a specified of patients in an inpatient or an outpatient setting.
- Prepares equipment and assists physicians during examinations and treatments.
- Performs evaluation of new and existing patients to determine priority and suitability of treatment and/or need for modifications.
- Administers prescribed medications, applies sterile dressings, performs phlebotomy, and monitors vital signs.
- Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
- May perform specialized nursing procedures related to the unique needs of a particular patient .
- May oversee and guide the work of other nursing and support staff.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Knowledge of accreditation and certification requirements and standards.
- Knowledge of patient evaluation and triage procedures.
- Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
- Knowledge of nursing theory and practice.
- Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care programs.
- Skill in preparing and maintaining patient records.
- Knowledge of clinical and/or surgical facilities, instruments, and equipment.
- Knowledge of appropriate procedures and standards for the administration of medications and patient care aids.
- Ability to draw intravenous and peripheral blood.
- Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issue.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
