Key Responsibilities
1.MIS Reporting: Build, update, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards and management reports.
2.Data Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank, vendor, or gateway reconciliations to identify and resolve transactional mismatches.
3.Data Integrity: Verify raw data sources, eliminate variances, and maintain clean database records.
4.Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with finance, accounts, and operations teams to clear pending discrepancies or fast-track billing settlements.
5.Core Competencies & SkillsTechnical Tools: Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros/VBA), Google Sheets, SQL, and basic Power BI.Financial Software: Tally Prime, ERP systems, or domain-specific accounting applications.Analytical Skills: Root-cause analysis for variance tracking, ledger scrutiny, and trend forecasting.Soft Skills: High attention to detail, time management, and effective communication.
Suggested Education & QualificationsDegree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com), Finance, or a related quantitative field.Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on corporate experience in financial operations, data analytics, or MIS reporting.
