Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Product Line: Mosaic & Construction Chemicals

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and project influencers.
- Promote and get Dubond Mosaic and Construction Chemicals specified in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct regular meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions with architects and design firms.
- Identify upcoming projects and ensure early-stage product specification.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to support project requirements.
- Track project progress from specification to order execution and closure.
- Organize product demos, sample displays, mock-ups, and site visits as required.
- Maintain and update architect/project databases and submit regular MIS reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
- Ensure brand visibility through architect meets, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.

- Contractors (through architect-led projects)
- Commercial, residential, hospitality, and institutional projects.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in architect sales / project sales.
- Experience in building materials, tiles, chemicals, or construction industry preferred.
