- Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Negotiate salary and facilitate offer roll-out.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Experience in using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
