•Room Magic: Coordinate with housekeeping to make sure rooms are sparkling clean and ready on time.
•Guest Whisperer: Promote and upsell our beautiful guest rooms with ease.
•Welcome Wagon: Send courteous messages to guests the day before they check in.
•Health Guru: Record temperatures and check vaccination statuses of arriving guests.
•Check-In & Check-Out Pro: Make these processes as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
•Spa Enthusiast: Drive spa revenues by promoting our relaxing services.
•Feedback Collector: Gather guest feedback and turn it into glowing reviews on TripAdvisor.
•Phone Friend: Answer calls and make sure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
•Money Minder: Follow up on any pending credit amounts with guests.
•Paperwork Ace: Submit C forms for foreign tourists within 24 hours of check-in.
•Reporting Rockstar: Create and send out monthly reports like a pro.
•Billing Boss: Accurately file NC bills.
•Night Owl: Conduct precise night audits.
•Special Requests Master: Screen arrivals in advance to ensure all special instructions and room allocations are perfect.
•Lobby Lookout: Keep the lobby looking fabulous and welcoming.
•Stationery Stocker: Ensure all stationery and accessories are well-stocked.
•First Aid Keeper: Keep the first aid box up to date and ready.
•Complaint Resolver: Address and escalate all guest complaints immediately.
•Team Leader: Ensure the duty roster is in place and shared with the team.
•Shift Shifter: Update the log messages properly in each shift.
•Real-Time Checker: Ensure real-time check-in and check-out.
•Music Maestro: Play lobby music that fits the vibe as per SOP.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in a similar role within hospitality.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
•Proficient in using front office software and systems.
