Receptionist Cum Floor Manager – LePlay (Job Description)
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests, parents, and children with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Handle customer inquiries, admissions, bookings, memberships, and ticket sales.
- Manage front desk operations, phone calls, emails, and walk-in customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer registrations, payments, and daily attendance.
- Coordinate and confirm birthday party bookings, events, and special activities.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures for guests.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily floor operations and ensure a safe, clean, and organized play environment.
- Supervise floor staff and play attendants to maintain service and safety standards.
- Monitor children's activities and ensure adherence to safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections of play equipment and report maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the facility.
- Assist in organizing and managing events, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Manage crowd flow during peak hours and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Prepare daily operational reports, attendance records, and sales summaries.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies, play materials, and operational requirements.
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting ongoing offers, memberships, and events to customers.
- Train and guide staff on customer service standards and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and service standards.
- Maintain a welcoming, energetic, and family-friendly atmosphere at all times.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
