Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with strong Institutional Sales / Corporate Sales background in the FMCG industry. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets in assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage institutional and corporate clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Handle B2B sales for FMCG products.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with distributors, hotels, offices, hospitals, schools, and corporate customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and payment collection.
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 6–10 years in Institutional Sales / Corporate Sales.
- Industry: FMCG experience mandatory (excluding tobacco).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of local market and client network in Hyderabad or Indore.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
