Job Description
Teleperformance is hiring Customer Support Executives for a Travel Voice Process. We are looking for candidates with strong English communication skills who can provide professional customer support and assistance.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice support.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
- Record customer interactions as required.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and customer service skills.
Compensation
- Freshers: Up to ₹32,000 CTC per month (including performance-linked incentives).
- Experienced Candidates (6 months or more documented experience): Up to ₹34,000 CTC per month (including performance-linked incentives).
Work Schedule
- Rotational shifts (24x7 operations).
- Work from Office.
