GrowthXMedia is a fast-growing performance marketing agency looking for a Client Success Executive who can manage client communication while also assisting in sales. If you enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and building relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Handle incoming leads.
- Call and qualify potential clients.
- Explain our digital marketing services.
- Follow up with prospects and close deals.
- Maintain lead records and updates.
Client Success
- Manage client communication.
- Collect project requirements and creatives.
- Coordinate with the internal team.
- Share campaign updates and reports.
- Follow up for payments.
- Ensure a smooth client experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident on phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome. Experience in Sales or Customer Support is an added advantage.

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
