Position Summary
The Senior Software Engineer will support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations engineering, customization, deployment, and technical enhancement activities for Columbia Sportswear’s Retail, Finance, and Supply Chain platforms. The role requires strong development expertise, production support experience, and ability to support enterprise-scale D365 implementations already running in live environments.

Minimum 5-8 years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O development experience
Strong understanding of D365 technical architecture
Experience in technical customization and extensions
Experience with deployment and release management
Experience supporting production D365 environments
Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes

Strong Expertise in X++, .Net Framework, APIs, C#
Build integrations and technical enhancements
Analyze and resolve technical production issues
