Broad Function:
We’re looking for a Frontend Developer to join our FCI CCM team, responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining scalable, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. The role involves translating business and product requirements into intuitive frontend experiences, developing reusable UI components, integrating APIs and backend services, and ensuring performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver reliable solutions, improve existing applications, and contribute to the overall evolution of our SaaS platform.
Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):
Frontend Development:

Build responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications.

Develop reusable UI components and convert designs into responsive interfaces.

Write clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.

Improve existing applications for performance, usability, and scalability.
Marketing & Campaign Development:
-
Build and maintain landing pages, campaign microsites, and digital experiences.
-
Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to deliver campaigns on time.
-
Implement forms, tracking, interactive elements, and third-party integrations.
-
Support A/B testing and optimize pages based on campaign results.
Performance, SEO & Conversion:

Optimize websites for speed, SEO, performance, and user experience.

Implement SEO-friendly frontend practices and optimized assets.
-
Improve conversion rates through data-driven UI and UX enhancements.
-
Monitor performance and continuously optimize web experiences.
CMS & Integrations:

Develop and maintain websites using Webflow, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.

Create reusable templates and components for efficient content management.
-
Integrate APIs, forms, analytics, marketing tools, and third-party services.
-
Troubleshoot CMS and integration-related issues.
Responsive & Cross-Browser Development:

Ensure responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Test and optimize websites across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Resolve browser-specific layout and functionality issues.
-
Follow responsive design and accessibility best practices.
HTML Email Development:
-
Develop responsive HTML emailers and reusable email templates.
-
Ensure compatibility across Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, and other major email clients.

Optimize emailers for desktop and mobile devices.
-
Test and troubleshoot email rendering, layout, fonts, images, and responsiveness.
Quality Assurance & Maintenance:

Test websites, landing pages, and emailers before deployment.
-
Identify and resolve UI, functionality, performance, and compatibility issues.
-
Maintain and enhance existing frontend codebases.
-
Follow coding standards, version control, documentation, and deployment best practices.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
-
2–5 years of experience in frontend development.
-
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript, and jQuery; React/Next.js knowledge is preferred.

Experience with CMS platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, or similar tools.

Familiarity with MarTech tools, third-party integrations, and campaign technologies.

Good understanding of SEO, web performance, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.

Familiarity with GA4, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools is an advantage.

Experience with responsive HTML email development and email-client compatibility is preferred.

Strong UI/UX sense, attention to detail, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with design, marketing, product, and engineering teams.
