The IT Desktop Support profile includes but may not be limited to the following activities:
- Installing, configuring & troubleshooting Software, Hardware & IT Peripherals
- Mail Clients configuration backup & Troubleshooting (MS Outlook)
- Data Backup
- NAS configuration and troubleshooting
- Local and Network Printer configuration, troubleshooting.
- Internet & LAN configuration, troubleshooting.
- Basic configuration of Firewall and managing firewall (Sophos)
- Software troubleshooting update and patch installation.
- Manage & troubleshoot Antivirus – individual as well as centralized
- Inventory management
- Configuring Wireless Router
- Configuration of user profile in Domain
- VPN configuration
- Maintaining & sharing daily reports of assigned tasks
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
