Role Overview:
This role ensures that goods and services are acquired in compliance with company policies while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality standards. The specialist negotiates pricing and terms with suppliers, evaluates bids, and fosters strong vendor relationships to support seamless procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
● Track and manage purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
● Maintain records of procurement activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
● Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure smooth functioning.
● Optimize the use of resources and manage processes to increase operational efficiency.
● Oversee inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are monitored and maintained.
● Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall operational performance and support organizational objectives.
● Maintain records of licenses, and AMC contracts.
● Oversee facility maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
● Coordinate with vendors for facility services, quotations, approvals, and service execution.
● Support lab teams during new installations, relocations, and facility modifications.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
