- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software solutions.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Document design specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based contact center solutions and their integration capabilities.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software applications within customer experience platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application configuration and deployment.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and effective solutions.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
