Ours is a growing interior design execution company specializing in premium residential and commercial interiors. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from design approval to final handover, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple interior projects simultaneously.
- Plan project timelines and monitor daily progress.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, site supervisors, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Schedule materials, labor, and site activities.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Resolve on-site issues and client concerns quickly.
- Track project costs and control unnecessary expenses.
- Review BOQs, material requirements, and work schedules.
- Maintain daily and weekly project progress reports.
- Ensure site safety and compliance with company standards.
- Lead project handover and obtain client sign-off.
Requirements
- 1-8 years of experience managing interior fit-out or turnkey projects.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial interior execution.
- Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and project schedules.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Experience managing contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and false ceiling teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management software is an advantage.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience in premium residential interiors is preferred.
