We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, your primary focus will be to expand our market footprint, establish a robust dealer-distributor network, and drive revenue growth in the region. Roles & Responsibilities: Dealer Network Expansion: Identify, pitch to, and onboard new dealers, distributors, builders, architects, and painting contractors in Sagar and surrounding territories. Market Promotion: Conduct regular field visits to identify ongoing construction projects and promote our decorative wall texture product line. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets established by the management. Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term business relationships with existing clients and dealers to ensure repeat business. Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues against orders from the dealer network. Reporting: Document and report daily sales activities, market feedback, and competitor insights to the senior management team. Requirements & Skills: Education: Graduate in any stream (Preferred) or 12th Pass with exceptional sales experience.
Salary & Benefits: Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and capability).
Incentives: Highly attractive, performance-based monthly incentives. Travel Allowance: fuel expenses will be provided by the company for field duties.
