Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Telecaller Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support customer engagement activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers/students
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Explain courses, services, and offers clearly
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
- Update call records and lead details in the system
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Coordinate with sales and counseling teams
Eligibility Criteria
- Plus Two / Degree qualification
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
