About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in generating high-quality leads through multiple channels and a good understanding of the EdTech ecosystem, especially certification-based programs.
The candidate will play a key role in driving student acquisition by identifying, nurturing, and qualifying prospective learners interested in professional certification courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate quality leads through various online and offline channels.
- Identify potential learners interested in certification and professional upskilling programs.
- Execute lead generation campaigns through email marketing, social media, paid campaigns, databases, referrals, and outbound activities.
- Work closely with the sales/admissions team to ensure timely lead follow-ups and conversions.
- Manage and maintain lead databases and CRM systems.
- Conduct market research to identify new lead sources and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution and optimization.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation performance metrics.
- Ensure lead quality and maintain conversion-focused strategies.
- Stay updated with EdTech industry trends and learner behavior.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Lead Generation.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the EdTech industry, preferably in certification or upskilling courses.
- Strong understanding of lead funnels and student acquisition strategies.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, email campaigns, and outreach tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with certification programs, online learning platforms, or professional courses.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, webinar lead generation, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of learner engagement and conversion strategies.
