Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Hydraulic Technician with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in hydraulic system maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience working on hydraulic pumps, cylinders, motors, valves, and hydraulic systems used in construction equipment, heavy machinery, industrial equipment, and mobile machinery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic system faults.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic pumps, cylinders, motors, and control valves.
- Perform hydraulic component overhaul and replacement.
- Inspect hydraulic hoses, fittings, seals, and hydraulic circuits.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical drawings.
- Support field service and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Prepare maintenance reports and service documentation.
- Follow company safety and quality procedures.
Requirements :
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on Hydraulic Technician experience.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic pumps, cylinders, motors, valves, and hydraulic circuits.
- Experience working on heavy equipment, construction machinery, industrial equipment, or mobile hydraulic systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic faults independently.
- Experience with field breakdown maintenance.
