Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional to manage office administration, accounting, human resources, and client relationship activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple responsibilities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, employees, and management.
Key Responsibilities Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Handle correspondence, filing, documentation, and record management.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office operations.
Accounts & Finance
- Maintain books of accounts and financial records.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Record cash, bank, and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor receivables/payables.
- Assist with GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Support monthly and annual financial reporting.
Human Resources (HR)
- Assist in recruitment by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave records, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits.
- Support employee engagement and performance review activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and maintain confidentiality.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Follow up with clients regarding ongoing projects, payments, and feedback.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client communication as required.
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM data.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and support business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), BBA, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, office administration, HR, or client servicing.
- Knowledge of Tally, Busy, or similar accounting software.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with GST filing, bookkeeping, payroll, and HR documentation.
- Knowledge of recruitment and labor law compliance.
- Experience in client handling or customer relationship management.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and time management skills.

Competitive salary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
