Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients/customers.
- Verify billing data, contracts, and purchase orders.
- Maintain billing records and customer account details.
- Track payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client queries.
- Coordinate with sales and finance teams for billing accuracy.
- Generate periodic billing and revenue reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
