The Sales Manager –
B2B Cashew Kernels is a key leadership role responsible for driving profitable revenue growth, expanding domestic and international markets, developing new customer segments, and strengthening position as a preferred supplier of premium cashew kernels to B2B customers worldwide. The SM will own the end-to-end commercial function from lead generation, customer acquisition, and key account management to pricing strategy, demand forecasting, receivables discipline, and cross functional coordination with production, quality, and logistics. This role demands a rare combination of commodity market acumen, relationship-driven consultative selling skills, financial discipline, and team leadership capability. The Sales Manager will represent the face in the marketplace, build strategic partnerships with importers, food manufacturers, bakery chains, confectionery companies, snack brands, and institutional buyers, andcontribute directly to the company's growth from a regional processor to a globally recognized cashew kernel brand.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
