We are looking for a smart, responsible, and customer-friendly Customer Support Executive to join our eCommerce brand.
Remote Work
Candidate must have their own laptop
Fluent in Hindi & English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer queries on WhatsApp, calls & email
- Managing order-related issues and follow-ups
- Coordinating with courier partners when needed
- Maintaining polite and professional communication
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently from home
- Prior eCommerce/customer support experience is a plus
