Hiring: Business Analyst (Freelance Platforms & Lead Generation)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Analyst who can manage our presence on top freelance platforms and actively generate leads to grow our client base.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and optimize profiles on Upwork, Freelancer, People Per Hour, and Guru
- Bid on relevant projects and respond to client inquiries on freelance platforms
- Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn (outreach, connection requests, messaging)
- Post and manage lead generation campaigns on Craigslist
- Track and report on lead pipeline and conversion metrics
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role (India-based)
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, People Per Hour & Guru
- Proven LinkedIn lead generation skills (Sales Navigator knowledge is a plus)
- Experience with Craigslist postings and outreach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹58,091.13 per month
