- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination.
- Handle salary negotiations and prepare offer letters.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Prepare and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and employee records.
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Organize employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, employee feedback, and confirmation processes.
- Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Manage exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and process full & final documentation.
- Implement and communicate company HR policies and ensure compliance.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- Minimum 2 yr of experience in Talent Acquisition or an HR Executive role.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and HR processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong documentation and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Experience will be an added advantage.
