Job Summary
UNIVS Support and Marketing Services Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Admission Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, managing the complete admission process, achieving enrollment targets, and delivering an exceptional student experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional counselling to students and parents regarding international education opportunities
Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities and academic programs
Manage the complete admission process from enquiry to enrollment
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into successful admissions
Review and verify student documents for admission eligibility
Coordinate with the Documentation, Visa, and University Relations teams for smooth application processing
Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM system regularly
Track application progress and ensure timely submission to partner universities
Build long term relationships with students, parents, and education partners
Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets
Stay updated on university admission requirements and international education trends
Provide excellent customer service throughout the admission journey
Prepare daily and monthly activity reports
Perform other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in overseas education admissions or student counselling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong counselling, negotiation, and sales abilities
Ability to achieve admission targets and work in a fast paced environment
Good organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Knowledge of international university admissions and application processes will be an added advantage
