Core Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers, offer product recommendations, and assist with custom orders (e.g., cakes or bulk pastry requests).
- Sales & Upselling: Learn to upsell add-ons (like beverages) and promote daily or seasonal specials to meet store sales goals.
- Product Knowledge: Understand ingredients, flavor profiles, and dietary options (e.g., vegan, gluten-free) to accurately answer customer questions.
- Merchandising: Arrange baked goods in display cases and ensure shelves are stocked, rotated for freshness, and priced correctly.
- Cash Handling: Operate the register, process digital and cash payments, and balance the drawer at the end of shifts.
- Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless counter and seating area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
