Job Summary
The Community Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, local communities, corporate clients, and referral partners. The role focuses on enhancing brand awareness, patient engagement, community outreach, and business growth for the diagnostic centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community engagement programs and health awareness initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, and local organizations.
- Organize health camps, wellness programs, and promotional events.
- Manage patient feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve patient experience.
- Manage online communities and social media interactions, responding to queries and reviews.
- Promote diagnostic services and increase patient footfall through community outreach.
- Track community engagement metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Support business development activities and referral partner management.
