We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain visitor records and front office registers
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support administrative tasks when required
- Keep reception area clean and organized
