About the Role
Peoplenest is hiring a proactive, trustworthy, and sharp Executive Assistant to provide direct day-to-day support to the Founder. This is a personal EA role that requires strong coordination skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct day-to-day support to the Founder (Personal EA role)
Manage emails, messages, and coordination with clients and internal teams
Handle calendar management, meeting scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and MOM tracking
Organize and manage data, reports, and records using Excel / Google Sheets
Coordinate travel plans including bookings, itineraries, accommodation, and schedules
Support business operations and administrative activities
Track and manage basic social media communication and follow-ups
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Willingness to travel across India and internationally as required
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience as an EA, PA, or Admin Executive
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Strong coordination, organization, and communication skills
Smart, proactive, quick learner with good judgment
Strong data handling skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Professional attitude, presence, and ownership mindset
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
Educational background in Mass Communication, Marketing, or HR
Experience working closely with founders or leadership teams
Basic knowledge of social media tools
Strong documentation and reporting skills
