Software Engineering Lead Analyst
Position Overview
We are looking for an experiencedFull Stack Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, with additional exposure to cloud and DevOps practices. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive front-end applications usingReact.js,React Native, and integrate with backend services.
- Implementdata access layers usingTypeORM andKnex for efficient database interactions.
- Build and maintainRESTful APIs and microservices usingNode.js,TypeScript/JavaScript, andNPM.
- Work withPostgreSQL for relational data modeling and optimization.
- Experience with Dynamo DB/Mongo DB/any other NoSQL DB
- Develop backend services usingJava/Spring Boot for enterprise-grade integrations.
- Collaborate with architects and product teams to ensureend-to-end application architecture meets business requirements.
- Ensurecode quality, security, and performance optimization across all layers.
- Participate inagile ceremonies, code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
- Optional: Contribute toAI/automation initiatives usingPython,LangChain,LangGraph, andLangSmith.
- Optional: Work oncloud-native deployments leveragingAWS services (Lambda, RDS, SQS, EKS),OpenShift/Kubernetes, and service mesh technologies (Istio/Envoy).
- ImplementCI/CD pipelines usingArgoCD and manage progressive deployments withRollouts.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Strong experience inReact.js,React Native,TypeORM, andKnex for front-end and data access.
- Proficiency inNode.js,TypeScript/JavaScript, andNPM for backend development.
- Hands-on experience withPostgreSQL and relational database design.
- Working knowledge ofJava/Spring Boot for backend services.
- Solid understanding ofRESTful API design, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with using vibe coding – Cursor AI, CoPilot
- Exposure toAWS services,OpenShift/Kubernetes, andservice mesh technologies.
- Experience withCI/CD tools likeArgoCD and deployment strategies.
Other Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable, secure solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- 5–8 years of experience in full stack development.
