Responsibilities
- Understand Codely.ai products and value propositions in depth.
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, cold outreach, and other channels.
- Build and execute outbound sales and go-to-market (GTM) campaigns.
- Create prospect lists and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings with qualified prospects.
- Track all outreach, follow-ups, lead status, and campaign activities in CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with founders and product teams to refine messaging and positioning.
- Participate in relevant online communities, forums, and networking opportunities to generate business opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve outreach strategies based on results.
- Maintain professional communication with prospects and build long-term relationships.
- Analyze competitor products, positioning, pricing, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Research how competing companies acquire customers and identify successful growth tactics that can be adapted for Codely.ai.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities relevant to our products and services.
- Assist in developing content ideas, LinkedIn posts, case studies, product explainers, and other marketing assets aimed at attracting target customers.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Pre-Sales, SDR, BDR, or related roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Smart, proactive, and highly self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to quickly understand technical products and communicate their value to customers.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools.
- Interest in AI, SaaS, software products, and startups.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple activities simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze competitor products, websites, and marketing strategies.
- Basic understanding of content marketing, social media, and growth strategies.
Compensation
Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
