Job Description
Afiable Healthcare Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AR Process Associate to join our growing US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of medical billing, and the ability to work on insurance claim follow-ups and denials.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid or denied claims
- Work on claim status, appeals, denials, and payment posting
- Analyze EOBs and resolve AR issues
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution
- Document account updates accurately
Requirements
- Graduate in any field
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in US Medical Billing / AR calling is preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Ability to work night shifts
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
- Understanding of denial management and AR follow-up
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
