Job Description – Kindergarten (KG) Teacher
Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) – Mandatory
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in early childhood or primary classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a warm, caring, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Teach foundational skills such as phonics, numbers, communication, and basic concepts.
- Use play-based and activity-based learning methods.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
- Prepare teaching aids, learning materials, and classroom displays.
