Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive gym membership sales and increase brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting walk-in inquiries into memberships, executing local marketing initiatives, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Convert walk-in inquiries and leads into paid gym memberships.
- Follow up with prospective members through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Build partnerships with nearby businesses, schools, colleges, and residential communities to generate leads.
- Manage and respond to social media and website inquiries.
- Maintain customer records and track leads using Excel or CRM software.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for prospective and existing members.
- Assist in planning membership offers, referral programs, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
- Experience in the fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail industry is an advantage.
