Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations including customer handling, documentation, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of branch activities.
- Manage cash handling, account reconciliation, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support sales and customer service teams in achieving branch targets.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports for management review.
- Handle queries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock/inventory (if applicable) and assist in audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Commerce / related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in branch operations, customer service, or administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and operational software.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
