About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in delivering an excellent patient experience.
This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a patient-first approach. Freshers with strong communication abilities are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-clinic interactions
- Assist patients with appointments, basic information, and coordination
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant patient experience during clinic visits
- Coordinate with doctors and internal teams for patient support
- Maintain polite, professional, and empathetic communication at all times
Requirements

- Excellent spoken Hindi and English communication
- Pleasant personality with strong patient handling skills
