This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft ecosystems, consultative selling skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles across global markets.
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 licensing solutions
Microsoft 365 (Office 365) subscriptions
Salesforce licensing solutions (good to have)
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Engage with prospects to understand business needs and recommend tailored licensing solutions
Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, solutioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to drive new licensing opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
Stay updated on Microsoft and Salesforce licensing models, pricing structures, and ongoing promotions
Understand and align with Microsoft partnership models, revenue plans, and sales targets
Proven experience in IT/software licensing sales, preferably in:
Microsoft Dynamics 365
Microsoft 365 / Office 365
Strong understanding of licensing models such as CSP, subscription-based licensing, and enterprise agreements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience working with international clients (US, UK, UAE, and India preferred)
Ability to understand client business processes and map appropriate licensing solutions
Self-motivated with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Experience in selling Salesforce licenses will be an added advantage
