- Conceptualization: Developing detailed interior design concepts for residential and commercial spaces, focusing on spatial flow and modern aesthetics.
- 3D Modeling: Utilizing SketchUp to create accurate 3D models from 2D floor plans, ensuring all furniture and structural elements are to scale.
- Photorealistic Rendering: Applying textures and lighting using V-Ray for SketchUp to produce high-quality interior renders.
2. Civil Engineering & Real Estate Documentation
- Technical Drafting: Creating precise 2D architectural and structural drawings in AutoCAD, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
- DTCP Approval Files: Preparing the complete "Approval File" for the Directorate of Town and Country Planning (DTCP), ensuring all setbacks, FSI (Floor Space Index), and plot coverage rules are met.
- TNRERA Compliance: Managing registration and documentation for real estate projects under the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TNRERA) to ensure legal transparency for buyers.
- Site Planning: Designing layout drawings for real estate ventures, including road networks, drainage, and utility placement.
3. Project Management & Coordination
- Conducting site visits to verify measurements and ensure construction aligns with the approved design.
- Collaborating with clients to refine interior themes, material selection, and color palettes.
4. Software Skills
- Autocad

- V-Ray
- Lumion
- Photoshop.
5. Professional Experience
- Industry Knowledge: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a design firm or real estate company.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating past 3D renders (Interior/Exterior) and successful building approval drawings.
- Soft Skills: Ability to explain complex technical designs to non-technical clients and negotiate with government planning officials.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
