Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and paid advertising channels.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Create and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and promotional materials.
- Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to support lead generation and product launches.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Coordinate events, webinars, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Build relationships with media, agencies, influencers, and strategic partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (MBA or Marketing specialization).
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, SEO, or Marketing Automation.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
