Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Manager with 2 years of experience to manage and coordinate software development and IT projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning projects, communicating with clients and teams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT and software development projects.
Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and clients.
Prepare project plans, timelines, and task allocations.
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Conduct daily/weekly meetings and maintain project updates.
Gather client requirements and prepare documentation.
Identify project risks and provide suitable solutions.
Ensure quality standards and smooth project execution.
Work with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar project management platforms.
Prepare project reports and status updates for management.
Required Skills
Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience managing web, mobile, or software projects.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic technical understanding of web technologies and mobile apps.
Problem-solving and team management skills.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or related field.
2 years of experience in IT project management or software coordination.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Shopify, WordPress, Mobile Apps, or Custom Software projects.
Familiarity with UI/UX workflow and testing process.
Client handling and vendor coordination experience.
