We are looking for a passionate and experienced PGT Mathematics Teacher to mentor higher secondary students and prepare them for Board Examinations and competitive entrance exams like JEE Main & Advanced through our integrated academic program.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics for Classes XI & XII (CBSE/State Board).
- Deliver concept-based lessons covering Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, Vectors, Probability, Statistics, and other higher secondary topics.
- Prepare students for Board Examinations and JEE Main & Advanced with structured academic planning.
- Conduct regular assessments, unit tests, mock examinations, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Develop worksheets, assignments, question banks, and revision materials.
- Monitor individual student performance and provide personalized academic guidance.
- Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and academic documentation.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow faculty members to improve learning outcomes.
- Utilize smart classroom tools, presentations, and digital learning platforms effectively.
- Participate in parent meetings, faculty meetings, and academic review sessions.
Eligibility
- M.Sc. Mathematics / Applied Mathematics from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. is preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in Higher Secondary Mathematics.
- Experience in coaching students for JEE Main & Advanced will be an added advantage.
- Strong conceptual knowledge and problem-solving skills. Typical PGT Mathematics roles require a postgraduate degree in Mathematics, with B.Ed. commonly preferred, especially in schools.

- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Strong command over Higher Secondary Mathematics curriculum.
- Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts.
- Student mentoring and motivation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital teaching tools.
- Strong analytical and assessment abilities.
